2025학년도 1학기 공과대학 현송국제장학프로그램 장학생을 아래와 같이 선발합니다.
조건에 맞는 학생들께서는 많은 지원 바랍니다. (~4/14, 월)
가. 추천인원: 학과(부)별 최대 1명 ※ 공과대학 선발인원: 신규 2명, 계속 4명
나. 추천자격
1) 개발도상국 출신의 학업역량이 우수하고(직전학기 평점평균 3.1 이상, 신입생은 공과대학 대학원 전형합격자) 2개 학기 이상 등록예정인 외국인 대학원생으로 학과(부)장의 추천을 받은 자
2) 기업 및 타 재단 장학금 등 중복수혜를 받지 않는 자 ※ 교내장학금 및 정부초청외국인장학금 수혜 가능
3) 경제적 곤란 사유로 학비 조달에 어려움을 겪는 학생을 우선으로 추천 요청
다. 지원내용: 연간 학업장려금 2,000만원 ※ 자격요건 충족 시 최대 석사 2년, 박사과정 3년, 석박통합 5년 지원
라. 제출서류 ※ 계속 장학생은 밑줄친 서류만 제출
1) 학교양식: 장학금 신청원서, 추천서, 개인정보활용동의서, 추천대상자 명단(담당자 작성)
2) 별도양식: 자기소개서 및 학업계획서, 성적증명서, 통장사본
마. 유의사항: 장학금 수여식은 2025년 9월 개최 예정이며 장학생 필히 참석
In order to cultivate outstanding international students who will lead the development of their respective countries,
the SNU College of Engineering (ENG) announces the call for the SNU ENG Hyunsong International Scholarship Program of 2025-1.
Please apply for the scholarship program, who are appropriate for the details.
A. Eligibility
- A person from a developing country* who has excellent academic ability and has been recommended by the head of the Department
* Countries in DAC List of ODA Recipients (Please refer to the pdf file.)
- A person who have a GPA of 3.1 or higher in the previous semester(New students admitted to the graduate program of the College of Engineering)
and have at least 2 semesters of study remaining
- A person who do not receive duplicate benefits such as scholarships from companies or other foundations (except on-campus scholarship & GKS)
- A person who have difficulty financing tuition due to financial difficulties
B. Recipients: New 2 (one Mechanical Engineering or one Material Science and Engineering, and one other Engineering Departments), Continuing 4
- Up to one person can be recommended per department for New scholarship student
C. Evaluation: Comprehensive review of academic achievement (Merit-Base) and financial need (Need-Base)

D. Process
- Scholarship applicant: Prepare the required documents and submit them to the administrative office of your department
E. Support details: annually 20 million won per person (10 million won per semester)
* The support is expected to be provided for 2 years for the master's program, 3 years for the doctoral program and 5 years for the integrated master's and doctoral program students
F. Scholarship Award Ceremony: Sepember 2025(Recipients’attendance is mandatory.)
