We would like to thank you for your continued support of our graduate program, which aims to develop young scientists.
We are now accepting applications for the Spring-Summer 2025 session of International Cooperative Graduate Program (ICGP).
To apply, please send us the filled application form (attached) and academic transcripts for the bachelor’s and master’s degree of the applicant.
We recommend that students contact their preferred NIMS researcher prior to submitting their application to confirm alignment with their research theme.
Please note that our application process takes several months. This is due to the time it takes to review applications and complete other administrative tasks
before the program begins. To ensure that we can process your application on time, we’ve set the following deadline:
・ Application Deadline: December 2, 2024
・ Document Screening: December 2024 - January 2025
・ Announcement of result: Late February - Mid-March 2025
・ Training Start: After June 2025
* The start date is negotiable, which could be affected by relevant arrangements such as visa.

NIMS offers financial support for the program, including:
*Accommodation fee in Tsukuba
*Living Expenses (120,000 JPY)/month
